    The Landscape Crew Member is responsible for completing landscape labor tasks that support property appearance, seasonal services, and landscape improvement projects while meeting company standards for quality and safety.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Perform landscape maintenance and improvement tasks including:

      • Mulching beds and tree rings

      • Shrub and hedge trimming

      • Leaf removal and seasonal clean-ups

      • Bed edging, weed removal, and detail work

      • Lifting, moving, and placing trees, plants, and landscape materials

    • Assist with landscape installations and enhancement projects as assigned

    • Operate hand tools and equipment safely and properly

    Position Requirements

      • Trimming and edging around obstacles, fences, and structures

      • Blowing off hard surfaces and finished areas

    • Follow established mowing patterns and height standards

    • Perform basic equipment checks and report maintenance needs

    • Maintain clean, professional job sites before leaving each property

    • Work efficiently as part of a crew to complete daily routes on schedule
