Perform landscape maintenance and improvement tasks including:
Mulching beds and tree rings
Shrub and hedge trimming
Leaf removal and seasonal clean-ups
Bed edging, weed removal, and detail work
Lifting, moving, and placing trees, plants, and landscape materials
Assist with landscape installations and enhancement projects as assigned
Operate hand tools and equipment safely and properly
Maintain clean, professional job sites during and after work is completed
Follow direction from Crew Leaders and Operations Management
Report property issues, damages, equipment concerns, or safety hazards promptly

Position Requirements
Ability to perform physical labor for extended periods (lifting 50+ lbs, bending, kneeling, repetitive motion)

Willingness to work outdoors in varying weather conditions

The Mowing Crew Member is responsible for performing routine grounds maintenance services that ensure properties are maintained to company standards for appearance, safety, and efficiency.Key Responsibilities:
Perform routine mowing services including:
Operating zero-turn, walk-behind, and push mowers
Trimming and edging around obstacles, fences, and structures
Blowing off hard surfaces and finished areas
Follow established mowing patterns and height standards
Perform basic equipment checks and report maintenance needs
Maintain clean, professional job sites before leaving each property
Work efficiently as part of a crew to complete daily routes on schedule
Follow direction from Crew Leaders and Operations Management
Report property issues, damages, or safety hazards promptly

Assist the Crew Leader with organizing daily work and directing crew members
Help ensure jobs are completed according to company quality and safety standards
Monitor crew productivity and assist with maintaining pace and efficiency
Serve as a point of contact for crew members when the Crew Leader is unavailable
Communicate job site issues, delays, or concerns to the Crew Leader or Operations Manager
